A grounded, hands-on healing session offered right in the comfort of your own home. There's no need to travel or settle into an unfamiliar space; you get to stay where your body already feels safe, relaxed, and at ease.

 Each in-person session is 60 minutes, and includes a full 7 chakra cleanse and recharge, supporting your energy from root to crown. I weave together Reiki, crystals, herbal smoke cleansing, and sometimes aromatherapy in a way that's intuitive, sensory, and deeply nurturing, 

always guided by what your system is asking for in the moment.

 We move at your pace. I follow your body's cues, whether that looks like gentle, energetic shifts, emotional release, or simply giving yourself permission to rest and breathe. These subtle shifts can occur during our sessions and in the days to follow.

 There is nothing you need to do to "get it right". No pressure to explain, perform, or have everything figured out. You get to show up as you are. 

Within 24 hours of your session, you will receive a follow-up email with intuitive insights and impressions from the work, along with gentle, easy at-home practices to support your chakras, auric field, and ongoing energetic hygiene.
